Returns Policy

If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We’re sorry but we cannot accept returns on pre filled gift bags as they are made to order. Also cannot accept returns on any confectionery.

Please return item(s) in a resalable condition to or Head office Address: 31 New Park Avenue, Palmers Green, London, N13 5ND.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
Postage however cannot be refunded after goods have been dispatched unless faulty or incorrect items have been
sent to you. 
Please note that we cannot cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you.
