Goods not received.
 
a.If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days from notification of despatch, please contact us.
b.Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel missing until a period of at least 15 working days have elapsed. Once confirmation has been received from Royal Mail that the order is considered missing, we will process your refund.
c. During disruption to the postal services such as a postal strike, orders will be despatched via courier where the courier delivery charge has been paid for. If the goods are not required for some time and standard free delivery over £75 orders UK has been selected, the goods will be dispatched at the most appropriate time.
d.Partybagsrus  cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays or disruptions to delivery due to general weather conditions or localised disruption problems which may affect delivery.

Cancellation of order.
a. If you wish to cancel your order placed online  please contact our sales team by email to us at sales@partybagsrus.com advising your intention to cancel the order.
b. We will action your request immediately and refund your payment, however it may not always be possible to stop an order as we may have already processed and dispatched it. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the parcel and enclose the original order sheet in the parcel with your reason for returning the items.  Refund of payment will be made on receipt of the returned goods. However refund for postage costs cannot be made if goods have already been dispatched.
